How much are West Coast ppl getting thier 6mts???
Hi Gee
I got mine for 500 off MSRP in S Cali. I figure the best we could had done if we waited a few months to get our G is 1500 - 2000. In my opinion I dont see the extra cost as being that bad when split up into 60 payments. Its like two or three months of payments on the G. Of course this is all psychological, once I realize I could have bought a nice DVD player with screen and have it installed with the extra money...it hurts .

There are only 2 dealers in vegas, so as you can imagine, there is not much competition. On top of that, I think they are owned by the same group. I am good friends with a sales person down at the dealership because we have bought many cars from them, and she told me they were charging a few hundred over msrp for coupes becuase they are so hot here. I highly doubt you will get them to budge here in vegas.
*Gee Im Fast, call Noelle Richey of Pleasanton Infiniti for much better treatment and pricing than MSRP. Although in Seattle, I just bought an 05 auto Coupe with Premium and Nav packages and had them install a spoiler and front/rear splash guards for $36.5k. It cost an additional $550 to ship with A-1 Auto Transport. Noelle was extremely diligent and professional, negotiated in good faith, and was a pleasure to work with. I've no association with Noelle or the dealership. However, I believe in letting others know when receiving a great car for a great price and with great service. Good luck, my Coupe arrives Thursday and I can hardly wait!

Wow... I feel for you guys!
If you are a Sam's Club member, and deal with the Fleet Sales Manager, I know of one dealership in Phoenix that will sell you ANY Infiniti (including a 05' 6mts coupe) at $300 over invoice. Thats right $300 over invoice!
The guy who just got his 05' auto coupe in Pleasanton for $36,500 could have got his car for $34,800. How can I state that? Thats how much I paid for ours.
I am not employed by this dealership I just think if I am able to save someone some hard earned cash I should share this information.
Drop me a PM if you need more info.

Pleasanton Infiniti: 05 5at Coupe for $36.5k
Crazytoon, its not "he said" but she said and yes, its a 5at Coupe. A radiation physicist and G-35 lover, I sold my Jag XK8 because its a hassle maintaining a convertible in the rainy winters in Seattle. I researched only the market for 5at's; however, if you're willing to do your homework you should get a better deal than MSRP. Know in advance exactly what you want and stick with it. Use the internet to get pricing from dealers in other states even if you don't want to purchase there. I contacted dealers in NY and Texas who are extremely competitive to help me in negotiating the most stress free purchase I've ever made. With this knowledge, make a rational and informed $$$ offer. Be respectful and don't be penny wise and pound foolish ... causing the salesperson to harden their price position because of your attitude. Don't waste their time. Respect goes a long, long way in a market where the car is highly sought after and you're asking for a substantial discount. Noelle was great to work with. If you do call, please tell her Sarah says hello!

You guys are awsome and thanks for the info, but I was referring to anything good going on in S Cali without having to deal with far away dealers and shipping...that I am not comfortable with.
Of course you can get the 5AT coupe for less money, they have been out for a while. He is asking about good deals on the west coast for 6mt's. I doubt sams club will give you that same deal on a new 6mt right now.
What happens when you buy your car from Grubbs and your dealer won't give you a loaner car becuase you bought out of state? I think the loaner car program is a huge benefit for most buyers of Infinitis. Just wondering...

I live in Florida and got my G from a dealer near Baltimore- it was the best car purchase experience I've ever had, and the 800 mile drive back home was great! I hope your purchase works out for the best.
Well, my experience...
I'd like to think I did pretty damn well. I was able to order a fully loaded 6MT Coupe (Pearl White, Stone Leather, Prem. package, Aero package, Nav. package, basically everything but Sat. Radio, including trunk mat, splash guards, and Clear Bra), shipped from Cali to Oregon...came out to aprox. $37k after all was said and done.
Again, this includes shipping ($600) *and* Clear Bra (another $600) *and* tax (well, the lack of tax in my case). Paperwork got there yesterday, and the car should be here a week from tomorrow.
Factors in my favor:
- Early order, had a good relationship w/ the Internet dealer
- Oregon is tax-free
- VPP
Everything is basically lucky coincidence here...my company is in the VPP, and I moved to OR a year ago. But, to answer the question, that's what I paid (or, will pay for the next million years, lol...).
If you're VPP'ing and want to make *sure* you're on the next shipment list, just treat the dealer like a friggin' human being and don't be an ***...they're making a little bit off of you, but they could make a whole lot more off of the guys walkin' in begging for your car, ready to pay > MSRP.

The Infinit Loaner Car Program is dealership specific. If your dealership participates, it doesn't matter where you purchased your car. This is from the Infiniti website:
"Service Loan Car Program – Having your Infiniti serviced doesn't need to be an inconvenient prospect. That's why participating dealers make every effort to ensure you'll enjoy a complimentary Service Loan Car while your vehicle is in for a warranty repair."*
* *Subject to availability. Available only during the 4-year/60,000-mile Basic coverage. The customer must be 21 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver's license and provide proof of primary insurance. Other restrictions apply to loan car, including mileage and day use limitations. This program is subject to change without notice at any time.

Wellz, there to differ type of VPP. One is if you are actual employees of NNA (Nissan North America). The other is if your company does business with NNA. You get 1.65% off Infiniti for the non NNA employee (That would be me). For actual employees of NNA, you get 3.58%. So the level of discount could be differ. You are very lucky that you live in OR, due to not having to pay for tax. You do pay more for titling the car versus in CA..hehe. It's like $50 more, I know this cause I work with titles at my job. Other then that, you have a fairly good deal using VPP. GRUBBS in TX would of shipped it for free as well, using VPP. The VPP price for the vehicle you have been approx $36,500, so if you add on the clear bra, its close to $37K. Your just saving big time because of the no tax deal. Wellz good luck with your car.
SDHSD..........Hey, I'm actually going to talk to Noelle tomorrow morning. I will say hi for you, Sarah right? I'm gonna mention that I read it on a G forum...hehe. Yeah, I'm picking up my car tomorrow and she is doing the VPP stuff for me and everything else. She seem sweet on the phone when she called me this morning, hope she is sweeter in person
. Wellz, thanks for letting me know that they provide good service, I'm looking forward to that. She really gave you a good deal for, saying that your not using VPP and all. Wellz, wish me luck tomorrow, for I will be a happy man!!!!
