Slip / vdc off

My 2004 g35 Coupe has the Slip and VDC off illuminated after installing adjustable upper control arm and alignment was set. The SLIP will blink and the car will only do 5mph then will quit blinking, but stay illuminated then it will accelerate. When it does all the blink stuff it even brakes by itself. It feels as if its going through and ABS braking cycle. Very annoying. What is my car's problem. All was fine til the upper control arm install and alignment.

Although I'm not sure why, the car thinks it's slipping or went over a large bump. It kills the power so you hypothetically wouldn't spin out in a situation.

Did you get it professionally aligned at a shop that specializes in alignments? When I put Tien H springs on the computer would freak out making right hand fast sweepers. Getting it aligned fixed it.

Yes professionally aligned by the latest technology. This annoying acts only happen after a cold ignition start after that it won't do it until I kill engine and restart it.

Take your coupe back to where in had the a-arms installed, there's VDC sensors in that area and one might be detached causing your limp mode issue. Turning off your coupe and restarting it is how the limp mode is erased but you need to find out the cause....Gary
