I know people have cut their engine covers to fit the Crawford Plenum, but has anyone been able to actually put the whole uncut engine cover over the Crawfor Plenum. I'd like to make the car look as stock as possible so the dealer won't hassle me about warranty issues. Thanks.

Actually it will fit with only minor rubbing and a minor alteration to the front bolts.
Instead of studs and acorn nuts, I used 2 long bolts (removed from the OEM plenum) and ran them down, thru the cover and into the holes vacated by the studs. Approriate shims and bushings allow tightening the bolts without distorting the cover.
This setup looks OEM, with only slight interference from the hood insulation on the right side.

Sorry guys, no pics.
The Crawford is off the car now and being sold, and I've lost all my Ride pics to a re-install of my O/S. GRRRRRR.

Oh well. You should have just posted a stock engine cover pic, and said "see, fits just fine!" lol

Haha, yeh could have....

But it's going to another member who will install and post his pics not too long down the road.
I'll make sure he knows the bolt setup at the front.

Actually, it's not a good idea. I ran a Crawford version 2 with the cover for awhile. The heat buildup was much greater than without the plenum, and the powder coat actually bubbled. I have cut my Version 5, as you floks know. I think it looks great, and it runs cooler.
