wait.. what seems to be the problem here?

The coolant level in the reserve tank will fluctuate due to temp and pressure.. while your car is hot/running, the level will go up..

as long as the coolant is at the "MAX" (or was it "FULL") line of the reserve tank, you are good when you check it when the car is cold (in the morning)..
If it's over that line by a good amount, the excess will overflow and probably drop to the ground..

also make sure that your radiator is full when the car is cold..

and as someone else suggested you might want to check for air in the system..

Yes just call or you can even drive to the dealer. It's absolutely free. I'm pretty sure you will get an airbag wire recall too. Good luck

Yeah definitely do that. Good thing you got the problem fixed. But if you get it registered under your name..you'll get all the recalls and everything. I bought the car used as well and did that, so now I get all the updates and whatnot. Good luck with everything.

i dont think you can "check" it.. you can probably hear or see weird things happening..
(i mean you probably could with a machine or something)

since your car seems to be fine.. enjoy..

F@#$@#$! it happened AGAIN.

just installed a new K&N filter, cleaned the MAF sensor, everything was smooth, never does it on city driving but i jumped on the highway and got up to 75MPH, all of a sudden the temp gauge shot up so i let off the acceleration and went back down a little, it kept doing this up and down for 15 minutes, then it said overheating on my navi so i stopped and let the engine cool off, there are no leaks or anything so i really dont kno what the issue is here, the reserve tank was full of fluid and went the car cooled i opened the radiator cap and bunch of pressure leaked out and there was no fluid visible..... i dont kno what the issue is here, could it be the radiator cap? please any help would be appreciated...my heat dosent blow hot either unless im driving for a while... -______-

well.. OEM radiator cap is only $15..

why don't you try changing the fluid yourself.. or take it to the dealership this time.. it's only $79.99 at most infiniti dealerships.. at least you can take it back if it does it again..

I just got a coolant flush and replaced all the fluid last week... Everything was fine but this happens when I'm on the highway past 70MPH, there's no leak or fluid on the ground even when I check in the AM, ill have to take it to a dealer and see what they say, def gonna put a new radiator cap on to see if that changes anything

Did you get all the air out? Sounds like there's a lot of air in your radiator. Just open the relief valve and run the car. Instruction are in this video.
