My Fob will work one minute,then not for hours,then will work again. I replaced battery,then it worked once,then stopped again. I tried reprogramming, it only gets to the part of the hazards flashing, then doesn't do anything after the next steps. tried different FOB. PLEASE HELP!

well, I assume this isn't the Intellegent Key system,
and the old style FOB, so if you've changed the batteries, there's really only one thing left,
new FOB PN# 26268-ZB700

 

I neglected to read that last part, about trying different FOB's, this sounds to me like you may need a new BCM (Body Control Module) I can't get the specific part number unless you give me your VIN but you're looking there at a $285 part if that's the problem

 

it started workin again. i also have the viper 791xv, i think it got re-engaged and was messing something up. now the viper isnt working lol. but at least the stock key fob is :-) thanks for the reply's guys!
