new member here. i just picked up an 03 g35 coupe about 2 weeks ago. this was to replace my 97 lexus sc300 that was "totaled" from being t-boned by some idiot. i was a member on clublexus for about four years or so. during that time i've owned 3 sc's a 92 sc400, a 94 sc300, and finally a 97 sc300 which was totaled. i was going to buy another sc but i figured it was time to upgrade to something a little newer. i always liked the g35 coupes, especially the sound of the exhaust so thats what i decided to go with. i looked at a lot of different coupes before grabbing this one. i'm very picky and didn't want anything other than this color combo lol (white on black) so far i've added a stock 350z intake tube that i found on craigslist, k&n filter, led license plate bulbs, polished the headlights back to life, replaced the brake pads, and replaced the driver side window motor which from what i've read is a common problem with these cars. it already had a set of 6000k hids so that was cool, one less thing i have to buy. i don't have too many plans for it though, just want to keep it clean and simple. first and most definite things are going to be replace all the interior bulbs with leds, clear bumper lights w/ oranger bulbs, replace the stock radio with a navigation head unit and find a nice set of staggered 20s. maybe later on i may add the 06-07 headlights and taillights and have the top painted black..

FYI the corner lights OEM clear are going to be hard to find, they were discontinued,
and the '06 projector light kit if you are considering it, might want to get one now because they just were discontinued once they are all sold, there are no more, you will have to pay for each head light individually and that will be double the price of the kit....

Welcome man, i just picked up a 04 Ivory Pearl fully loaded as well not too long ago, have fun with the car, def need some splash guards that make the car come out, White/Black, sickest color combo you can do alot with!!

 

Great color combo and super hard to find. I ordered mine new with this very color combo. I almost never see any around. Congrats and enjoy.
