ABS VDC and Slip lights all on 245 45 19
So I've had some 255 40 19s on the rear and I needed tires so I went down to a local tire shop and picked up some 245 45 19s.
Is this tiny increase in tire size causing these lights to come on? If so, is there any way around it? I think it's kind of dumb that I can't even increase the sidewall height by 5mm...
Will a damaged TPMS sensor cause this as well or will the low tire light just be on?

there's too big a difference (>3%) in the diameter of the tire compared to what the system expects. Your spedo is reading too slow of a vehicle speed. Go to www.1010tires.com enter your tire sizes and do the comparison.

All of those lights came on for me when my brake fluid was low. Filled up my brake fluid and the lights shut off. Though, my rotors and pads are shot, resulting in low brake fluid, so I knew the problem.
Also to answer your question, a damaged TPMS could trigger those lights. An increase in your tire wall should not. Check your brake fluid, if its full, then it could be a damaged TPMS

It's the 245/45/19 it's too tall, it happen to me I got a flat and put 245/45/19 an had 225/40/19 in the front, and as soon as I drove half a mile the lights come on, but when you shut the car off the lights go back off and they turn on as soon as you start and drive half of mile, get 245/40/19 to Macth the height and save your self the headache!!

I just installed 245/40/19 in the front and 245/45/19 in the back. I was very weary because i thought my abs and vdc would go off but its been a 1000 km and everything works perfect. I went this route because i have m45 wheels on the car and the continental dws didn't come in the size i wanted
