Idk, it was working perfectly fine before I filled up, when I took it apart I cleaned the piano piece, put it back in and sealed it up, the leak came from the assembly behind the passenger side.. Could it be the O-ring? There was a blue piece of rubber but i made sure it was in and sealed around, What could have gone bad because the car dosent leak when it's parked..

I started the car again and drove, it did it again, gas leaked out the fuel pump area behind the passenger side, I opened it back up and took out the pump, when it goes back in is there pressure on it? Because I had to hold it down and put a screw in there so it didn't pressure up, any help would be appreciated...

You need to replace the oring anytime you take the fuel pump out as it swells a little bit when gas gets on it.

bought a O-ring from NAPA, just replaced it, sealed it back, tightened everything up, took out the fuel pump fuse, opened the gas cap, cranked the car, let it stall and die, cranked a few more times to let all the fuel pressure out, put the fuse back, started the car up and still, fuel leaking from behind the passenger side where the fuel pump is, FML.

Specifically where is it leaking from? Is it where the fuel line plugs in at the top of the pump? Can you take a picture of where it's leaking from?

You should take your car to a specialist. A gas leak can be a very dangerous thing- please don't take it lightly. I hope you have more of a plan to resolve this than asking people online for help. Help yourself by taking this to someone who knows what they are doing and can resolve your issue instead of playing whack-a-mole and gambling with the safety of yourself and others.
