G35 Fast Life
#46
Lowering your car can be expensive so expect the worse, including premature strut failurer. Not all G35's are the same nor are alignment shops, you may need a full set of camber kits or you may not. With any drop over an inch nobody will be able to guess. As for the tire sizes, just google images of G35's with different setups and see which you like best. I'm willing to bet you'll find every combination pictured on this forum too. And I would't recommend putting a 275mm tire on an 8.5" wheel.
Big question you'll have is, why not?
Answer is pretty simple, when you start modifying the car you are also putting strain on other things in your car, camber arms, sway bar end links, compression rod bushings, possible scrapping damaging your exhaust, increased(sometimes) cost of tires, needing to get the alignment done, and so on.
So when you lower your car expect the worst(and when doing any mods) and set cash aside in case something happens.
