I think my 05 bose when playing CD/XM is really great.

FM radio is appalling.

I think the Bose in the G35 is nothing special at all. I have Bose in my 2000 Yukon Denali and it is so much better than in the G.

I love the Bose system. Especially how high the bass goes with stock bose speakers.
then when i drive the other car, honda civc, and its stock speakers im just like **** this and turn off the music thats how bad it is.

it depends on what you are used to

It is a more expensive SUV with room to fit much more speakers though, not a very fair comparison...I think the G has 8 speakers? I'm guessing the denali has around 12

Actually from what I can see, the Denali only has 1 speaker in each of the 4 doors, 2 in the head liner in the rear, and a sub-woofer in the center console. Remember, its a 2000, Im sure the newer ones are way better yet. I used to have a 99 Grand Prix GTP with Bose. It was a coupe so 2 door speakers with separate tweeters and 2 2-way speakers in the rear deck. I remember it being pretty darn good as well.
In the G it sounds decent, but it seems Bose should be better. I dont care really, my car is a 6MT so Id rather listen to the motor than music, mostly because I havent driven manual transmission in like 10 years and Ive had the G about a month lol.

I have the Bose in my 07G. It is okay. I dealt with it for about 4 years. I recently put a JL 13W6 in it and I like it a lot better now haha!!

Bose don't have enough base but the clarity is good. This allows my setup to have a good balance believe it or not. I would like to add an aftermarket head unit and hear that though.

I think they sound fine, much better than anything Acura offers, with more clarity than anything on a Lexus. It could use a heavier hitting bass, but the factory system has just enough to bring out the music well. I love the clarity of the Bose system in the G though, I'm hearing different parts of the music that I don't even hear through the headsets and ear buds that I have.

I think the stock system is fine...I'm kinda past the having huge subs in the back stage....I'd rather save for a supercharger

Horrible compared to what? For a car that came out in 2003, this isn't a horrible system. Can't be expecting bang and olufsen, its a mid $30,000 infiniti.

For the money, Bose is crap.

10 out of 10 comparably prriced products will produce better sound.

Marketing is all you hear.

I used to have an 07 Civic and the Bose system in my 06 G ****s on the Civic system. The only thing I would do is swap the deck b/c it makes the car look old and maybe add a sub and amp.
