Has anyone had or heard of the Top Speed True Dual HKS Replica Cat-Back exhaust system? Are there any problems with these replicas? the only thing I've heard is that they tend to rust. but other than that they're exactly the same.

Those look sick, might buy them if any feedback from anyone is good.

 

There's a lot of info on it if you do a search. There's mixed emotions on it. People with deep pocket hate then, people with not so deep pockets say there great with a little mod work.

 

I love this set up...I have my test pipes installed still but the exhaust is good...a little bit of a fitment issue but that can be easily fixed. Good bang for the buck. Make sure you get a resonator though

Not sure if this is the same exact exhaust or what, the burnt tips look a little shorter

actually I don't think those are the same at all, idk! lol.

 

All reps are the same. Same sound, quality, alignment.

 

^+1 M2, XO2, Godspeed, Topspeed are all HKS replicas. Fitment isnt going to be perfect and sound is average and with a little bit of modification it can sound pretty good. The only rust related things I have heard about this kit is the tips turning brown where there have the "burnt" look. I polished mine to do away with the ugly brown tips. Also, you can find these kits on ebay for $300 or so dollars.

personally, i have heard this exhaust in person a few times. One exhaust sounded pretty good, but there is a g35 here in town with one that sounds like complete crap. My .02 would be to save your money for a motordyne shockwave, i have it on my car and i couldnt be happier. Or save up for the real HKS
