The Mass Air Flow (MAF for short) is located on the housing just behind the air intake. It just unscrews and pulls out, you'll have to disconnect a plug to get it out. You might buy some CRC MAF cleaner and try to clean it befpre you buy another new one.

I"m pretty sure the actuators are different, but I'm not positive. Someone more knowledgeable should chime in on that.

Cheap door lock fix

There's a really good write up on the site that Pythonjosh made on how to fix your factory door locks for cheap. I used this method for my driver and passenger doors and it works really well and if the actuator ever quits again, it's $7 to replace it. I believe Pythonjosh makes the brackets you will need and includes them in a kit where he sells you the cheap actuators and the short sections of wiring you need to tap into the factory wiring. I made my own brackets out of some aluminum bar stock that I bought at Home depot. They just need bent at the ends, secured to your door panels and some minor cutting/adjusting and your locks are back to working like new for a grand total of probably $30 or so for the actuators, some wire, a couple crimp connectors, and the metal to make the brackets. If you read the write up, it shows you how to do it step by step and it's really not that hard. You can buy universal actuators almost anywhere, but a lot of us have bought ours at http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=330-010

and have had good luck with them. Good luck.

Here's a link

https://g35driver.com/forums/interio...ed-thread.html

Pythonjosh is the original poster of the link above. If you click on his username by his post, a menu will drop down and you can send him a private message. If you can't get ahold of him, it's not hard to make the brackets you need. After looking through the thread I posted the link for, you will be totally ready to tackle this job. It's pretty clear what shape your brackets need to be after getting the door panel off and watching a couple of the videos on the thread. You can go buy bar stock aluminum at home depot or lowes to make your brackets. All you really need is a hacksaw to cut the length you need, something to bend it 90 degrees at each end and a drill to drill the holes, and some screws to attach your brackets to the door panel, about 12 feet of wire and some electrical connectors. If you can get ahold of Pythonjosh, he used to make kits wth everything you need. Good luck

thanks man I really appreciate it. I've been trying to figure out how to make the brackets. I think i'm just going to go through pythonjosh for the kits, he said it would be 75 bucks. I would love to do it myself, but I don't really have access to tools because i'm in the Marines and i'm on TAD. so it would be easier on me to just have everything premade. thanks again for the advice.

No worries man. His kit is a pretty good deal considering all the time you're going to save figuring out what shape to make the brackets and stuff. It works awesome once it's done.
