Climate control issue

Hi,
Yesterday, i have notice something strange about my temperature for the climate control.
I was driving my gf, and she suddenly told me that it was so hot in the car. So i checked what temperature the fan was at, and it read 21 degrees celcius(im from canada).

So then i lowered it 18.5-19 celcius and the temperature didnt drop at all. It still felt really hot. So then i flicked it to 32 celcius(the maximum temp) and it felt exactly the same when i was at 21 celcius. So right now basically from tenperatures 18.5-32 degrees celcius is all the same temperature.

I was just wondering if anyone had this issue or know how to fix it. Because i dont want to take it to the dealership.

Thanks

Probably a bad circuit board in the back. I had a similar issue, but it was the AC that was on not the heater. Maybe go aftermarket deck?

found the problem. Apparently it was some wire that was disconnected under the steering wheel.
