Question Cannot shift into any gears when cold / Loose clutch pedal

I searched the forum but did not find this specific issue.

Basically now that it's cold outside, when the car is cold I cannot shift into any gears. Last time I left my car outside I had to site for about 20 minutes before I could force it into reverse to get our of parking lot. My clutch pedal is very low, almost all the way down and there is almost no pressure in it. I also noticed that the clutch fluid is very dark. When the car gets warmer, or if I park it in a warm garage I can shift but it's still hard. I never had this problem when it was warm weather.
Both master and slave cylinder are new, had them for about 8 months. Could bleeding the clutch help? Need some advice... Thanks!

I would guess your clutch is on it's way out.

Throwout bearing does make a little noise, and the car is almost 180,000km... Maybe it is the clutch. I just don't know why it's working more or less ok when it's warm outside.

Temperature changes have a way of making things work differently. If you've gone 110,000 miles on your clutch I'd say it's lived a long life. When was the last time your transmission fluid was changed?

I changed mine a little over a year ago. I had 100,000 miles on my OEM clutch.

the temperature part is weird, never heard of that before. Can you get into gear while the car is off? If you can but can't when the car is on. I would say its the bearing. Might be a good time to change both the bearing and clutch at the same time.

The thing is that I'm not sure if it's the original clutch. I bought this car about a year ago and have no idea was was done to it (got it used from a dealer). My guess it still has the original clutch. The fluid was changed when I bought the car, so about 15,000km ago.

I cannot get into a gear even when it's off because the clutch pedal is all the way down and there is no pressure when it's cold out (0 degrees or colder).
