Owning a G35 coupe, thinking about the coupe, and driving the coupe, I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. Every time the engine starts, the deep, throaty sound excites me; accelerating through the gears excites me, and looking at the car excites. Maybe I'm easy to please, but this car looks, sounds, feels, and drives like no other. Would I, will I buy another - you bet.

I mean the word pleasing literally. Not sexually.

You're probably not married, you wouldn't understand lol

LOL actually I am. Been a year this past January. Mine's glad that I got the G, just not so much the MPG from a 4-cyl '07 Accord to a V6 that uses premium. I used to complain about the MPG in the Accord too lol.

Now you understand lol
MPG on the G aint that bad for a V6, not really that much different than my previous cars.
Never owned a 4-cyl before, I should try that one day lol

I don't agree that most people would rather own a G37. I've owned my G for 10 years this past December. I wouldn't trade it for a G37 IPL. As a matter of fact last month I decided that I wanted a Porsche Caymen S. Found a black 2011 for a good price. Drove it, negiotated a good deal, fair trade for the G....but, at the last minute I just couldn't give up the G.

would absolutely buy/ mod again. how many ppl can simply afford to go out and buy a high hp( insert performance metric here) vehicle? Nice car, every make and model has issues.
If i didn't mod my G what ever other platform i would have chosen would have been modified so there's no hind sight is 20-20 reference. Bought an FD3S a while ago, twin turbo from factory loved it. never gonna make this baby faster.or so i thought... 10k and a host of mods later..
if you don't want mechanical issues then a car might not be the best mode of transportation lol. Cars unfortunately break.. how much can you complain about your car not being "fast enough"?
buying a faster (more expensive) vehicle will fix that in some cases.
LOVE my G even tho she's a B sometimes.

Will someone let me test drive their car?

Gahh I can not find a g anywhere close to me that I like. So I think i will be forced to buy a 350z. But I hate the door panels and 2 seats

I think the Z would be kinda cool to own if you don't plan on having more than one passenger. It should be much easier to find a 6-speed and you'll also have more power than a G. I'd go for a 370 though while you're at it.

What year G did you buy? Mine is an 06' and it was about 37K new minus navi. I know the new G37's are crazy high but, not the old G35's, do tell.
