Break Booster hose stuck?

So I was trying to seafoam my car today through my break booster hose; I got the butterfly clip open but the hose wouldn't seem to come off. In the video I saw the dude took it off pretty easily.

I have a 2004 6MT. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried twisting it back and forth to help break it loose? Mine was also a PITA to get off.

I mean I tried using force but I'm just a little scared. I don't have much experience under the hood and I don't want to damage anything..

It's vacuum sealed so you need to pull decently hard. It will come off with a resounding POP. Twist it back and forth with a wrench to loosen it a bit, then pull with your hand.

use a thin flat head or a thin pin and put it between the hose and connector and try to move the flathead or pin around the hose and fitting. a little bit at a time so the hose won't rip.
