No matter what you do to your car there will be hate from somebody do what you want to do your car who cares I'f every Tom dick and Harry dosnt like it I wouldnt spend 2k for an exhaust any day I don't care who's name is on it but I don't come at you beceause I think your dumb for spending that kind of money on something that adds little to no hp in comparison to fi but to each is own I'm just saying if he wants to do a muffler delete let him there is a good chance you will never have to see or hear it in person and he will be perfectly happy not spending a STUPID amount of money on an exhaust

Thanks for the info im looking into all my options, I just saw alot of people on youtube with the res adn muff delete so I figured I'd ask, the money for the exhaust isnt a issue I will probally get one just trying to keep the nice deep g35 sound.

Pros: Uh....nothing
Cons: Loss of back pressure (loss of hp), rice sound, loss of MPG, sound like an idiot. Mainly for muffler delete or cutting a hole in your tailpipe.

Hows it a "cheap method" I'm not going to spend $1600 for something that makes the same noise and 10ish hp gain... lol. Go ahead and throw your money in the trash, same thing buying as exhaust, imo.

OP, weigh your options. what do you want? pure sound? pure power? both? figure that out and then shop around. Everybody is on a different financial level and willingness to drop piles of cash into their car. Ill be the first to admit that I would rather spend the coin on a nice exhaust that sounds great and gives a slight increase in performance. But spending $1000+ on a catback is a tough sell. especially when you have much more important things to use the money on. Some people just want a nice sound to compliment the car. Not everybody is tracking their G on the weekends and dont need to increase power.
Point is, its your car. Find something you like and buy it. Dont worry about what all of the cheap ***'s and brand-name fanboys have to say about YOUR car.
