Re: Strut Bar?

you and me, both. Rather than going the full springs route, I'm looking for strut tower, sways and shock changes. Maybe. Haven't seen any yet altho there is one company I had a bad experience with and wouldn't buy from this time around.

So far, I've seen no one with any of the parts. I'd suspect that H&R and Eibach will be the first out. You may want to keep checking on that "other site", freshalloy.com.

Tell me if you see anything come re sways, shocks or strut tower braces. thx!

Re: Strut Bar?

The G already has a rear strut/shock brace like the 350Z, its just hidden behind the rear seat. As for front, I have no idea. To me, this car already corners as flat as a pancake.

Re: Strut Bar?

Last I heard, Yuichi at Strictly Z was going to test fit the Z brace onto the G's. Haven't had any feedback yet and not heard of any other company making them.

Comptech only makes parts for Honda/Acura. I wish Nismo would bring one over.....just a little frustrated with the no-love we're getting from the aftermarket.

Re: Strut Bar?

thats good to hear GSM, The Z's bar should fit in ours since both vehicles have the same width

Just a note to everyone:
Do not get a strut tower bar that comes in adjustable 3 pieces. These do not provide enough rigidity and are useless. Only go for the 1 piece design that was made for the specific vehicle and is a pain to install (because of the rigidity-thats a good thing).
