Still having bogging / shifting issues

I'm still at a loss of what's wrong, so I took a video to show you guys what happens.
Some background on the car:
short block replaced because of oil consumption.
Plenum spacer
ART Pipes
ARK catback
and various suspension mods.

Before the engine swap everything was fine, and this problem occurred right after the engine swap was complete. At the start, I would get SES, VDC, and SLIP lights come on as soon as the engine would bog/stutter three or four times. The code that would come up was Crankshaft position sensor. I replaced the sensor, and it still happened, the same lights came up, and i still had crankshaft position sensor. I went to infiniti and exchanged the sensor I had just bought with another one because I thought it was bad. Same thing happened. I had a friend clear the code and it never came back, but the bogging is still there. So I'm not sure what the issue is at this point. I checked for vacuum leaks and everything is fine.

It mostly only happens when downshifting and being aggressive with the gas. If I downshift and slowly push down on the gas, it's usually fine. It also happens the most when the engine/trans is fully warmed up.

The only code your getting is for the crankshaft sensor? No misfire codes?

When my crank sensor went, the CEL was only there half the time. Bogged all the time, there was also a full 3-4 days of heavy driving before the code popped up.

You sure you replaced the right sensor? On the 04 there are 2 cams and a crank. Any of them going will cause similar issues like this.

I would make sure your dealer is using an OEM nissan crank sensor, then replace both cam sensors. I had my cam bank 1 and crank sensors both go out within 2 months of each other. The third is still chugging along.

I used OEM for the Cam sensor and an autozone one for the crank (made sure it was the same manufacturer as OEM and so easy to get to, why not save 40 bucks?)

EDIT: Also, make sure the dealer didn't put a cam sensor in for your crank sensor, If I'm not mistaken, they are different parts. and one of the banks is very similar in appearance to the crank sensor.

Hey bud I had a similar problem no code and the car just started bogging bad. Turns out it was the knock sensor. With a bad knock sensor you won't get a check engine light but u will get a pending code. The reason why there is no check engine light is becuse your computer notices there is somthing wrong and retards the timing cuts fuel and reduces power so that it thinks that everything is running good. I forget the code number but there should be some threads on here with it. After I replaced mine the car was runnung better then ever. Check it out it might solve your problem. Oh and jus to let u know its a bitch to get to. You have to take off both the upper and lower plenums and fuel rails. It'll be right in the middle of the motor under everything lol good luck
