Call the dealership and ask for the name of the mobile 'reconditioning' vendor they use when they bring used cars onto the lot (normally part of the CPO process). These guys are magicians and there is very little I have found they cannot do for $80. If the Infiniti dealer doesn't know of one, call another dealer in town that has a large selection of used cars. The interior guys normally specialize in just interiors, but several also do ding and curb rash removal as well.

If you go to an interior shop, they will most likely want to replace an entire section of the seat bolster, which will cost about 3x more.

im not sure exactly wat u mean by "entire section of the seat bolster" but my shops only do the affected section. so for the common tear they replace the side panel the tear is attached to. thats it. the seat is usually done by panels.

I've never had a seat redone and my 06 needs it. I can't find an entire seat to buy (2 of the motors are about to go out) so this forum makes it sound like reupholstering. When it's done, will the new seats have the infinity logo and name like the originals. Or does that depend in the skill level of who does the work?

Mine cost roughly $130. Had the vinyl replaced and the bloster re-foamed.

You'd be amazed by what some new foam in there can do.

I am not going to recommend them. Reason being they broke the panel on the side with the memory seat buttons and the seat was fully put back together when I picked it up. Somehow that was my fault and they wouldn't own up to breaking anything. I also had my seat re-colored because my seat was losing color in spots and the new color is already wearing off. They did fix the bolster nice though.

I actually have to pull the cushion out to fix some things that were not assembled properly.
