That's exactly what I was going to ask. There's a chance that whoever last changed it may have used subpar fluids in the transmission resulting in unusually notchy shifting. You might want to also make sure that your tranny fluid is filled to spec. Low fluid can result in noticeably notchier shifting.

It's more the roughness when shifting gears that disturb me I've driven a few cars where it's shifters are smooth and easy to shift but on my g35 it's so rough and due to that it lacks my timing whenever I wanna go fast

That's funny. I test drove a couple G's the clutches are 5x lighter than my mustangs clutch. I really appreciated the lightness of it. Maybe because my left leg is like a tank now.

^^^ Go with what they said and find yourself a nice pair of 06 projectors, you won't regret it. I just picked up a nice clean pair for 375 last week! There is always some popping up in the marketplace.

I never found my clutch pedal stiff not with my stock clutch nor JWT. My only complain was the engagement point. Too narrow, the RJM pedal made taking off and 1-2 shifting feel proper. It definitely wasnt.

Were these other cars that you drove front wheel drive? With RWD cars, your shift lever goes directly into the transmission, so they tend to have a more mechanical feel to them. A front wheel drive car has the shift lever connected to the transmission by a long shift linkage that runs all the way from the shifter to the engine bay. The shift linkage can absorb a pretty good amount of the mechanical vibes that you normally feel in a RWD transmission.

I know right. Im half tempted to even put them on and just resell them. I'll try them out for a little bit before i let them back go. Should make a little profit off of them.

I wouldn't. With the selling price doubling up they'll be much harder to find for a decent price. This has to be the best upgrade you do to an 03-05 coupe.

Change the clutch fluid. It really helps.
