My guess would be yes. Your intake doesn't really get that hot, only hot by the parts around it (not like a manifold). I've actually had fine luck w/ the high temp paints. I've painted my Calipers which get a WHOLE LOT hotter than your intake ever will about 2 years ago and they look brand new.
Note: it's all in the prep work, paint, any paint will chip away if you don't clean, sand, etc. the surface properly first.
