So I have g35 coupe 05 6mt with a few mods and im looking for the next best power adder short FI. Currently have motordyne upper and lower plenum, stock intake with k&n filter (tried 350z intake but felt like I lost torque...chime in), kinetix highflow cats, true dual full exhuast and some suspension goodies which is beside the point. I'm at a lost, I do know I do not have a tune but questipn if the 500+ cost is worth it. Ive found it very hard to find seat of pants power as FI is not an option. Help me out jump in.

so funny that you mention here's my brother strongly recommended the 4.08 final drive. Only fear is an installation disaster. Is the osiris tune the only way to go? Any word on unichip or cobb?

for the price i would just go with osiris because you get cipher as well. and i would not go 4:08, i would stick with either the 3.7 or 3.9 because the 4.08 brakes loose very easily, my buddy had 4.08 and went back down to 3.9

I would suggest the motordyne ART pipes and a tune. If you don't want to go FI, those along with some light weight wheels and suspension mods (both of which i guess you have) seem the be the best options for you. I feel like the tune and wheel/suspension mods will really help you utilize the power you have best

How about you free up some power by getting the light weight pulley and the CF driveshaft/or aluminum

ART pipes if you're willing to drop cats, and tune. Much else and you are spending a ton of money for nothing really. Our cars aren't made to go fast with any ease, so you can tune but you can't expect much more out of our cars without FI. You may be better off buying a bike or something if you want something fast on the side

You guys really know your stuff. I had a bike and dumped it because of the wife and kid. Exchanged the fever with the g. Doing so made it Very hard to feel the sensation of speed but i love the g., even more than the Z. So if i had to choose from replacing my kinetix hfc with art pipes..which was my first pick but at that time too difficult to find, or picking a tune, which onewuld i feel more. This is getting very interestong.

Also you can also get rid of some weight if you really want to pick up some speed. CF hood and fenders. That should be at least 40lb lighter. Get rid of that body fat on the car.

In your situation best bang for the buck is going to be an Osiris tune... I'll shoot you a PM, there is a more economical way to go about it
