it depends how low you go...some people are able to get back into specs with out camber arms or toe bolts. im lowered 1.5 all around and needed the arms and toe bolt to bring me back to oem specs

what set-up are you looking into?

You do not need rear toe arms. Toe arms will only work if you go with a true rear coilover. You may want toe bolts but there is no arm available if you're still using oem style springs. SPL makes a toe adjustable bucket but its expensive and just the bolts will suffice. You wont know with certainty if you need them until you get oman alignment rack so you may as well have them handy.

You do want toe bolts, but you do not need toe arms.

For clarification purposes the front toe is almost infinitely adjustable as well, you'll have no problems there.

For a 1-2" drop you should also be fine without messing with rear camber, but it wouldn't hurt you to get the adjustable camber arms. I usually see the SPC rear camber arms being sold with the toe bolts as a kit from most vendors so that solves both problems.
