Literally all you need is 30 seconds. That would give it enough time for the oil pump to push to the oil filter then to the cylinder heads. And you're good to go

I floor it the second I start it and drift out of the driveway.

Actually I usually wait 2-3 minutes, maybe 5-6 if its below 35. If it is cold enough that it is snowing outside, I start the car, let it run for about 10 minutes, then shut it off, go inside and proceed to not drive anywhere.

I drive an auto, so I put the car in gear and just let it start rolling out the driveway right after I turn it on. Keep the revs below 2.5k until warm.

Just let it idle long enough to melt the ice off of the windshield, and for me to wipe any snow off of the car. I could probably let the snow sit on top of the car, but i don't know what, if any, damage letting freezing water sit directly on top of the sunroof will do, but I don't really want to take the risk and find out.

I've been trying to convince myself to wake up 5-10 mins early so I can get ready, warm up my car for few mins, then go to work. It hasn't happened once... I just start my car then boom~
