Low Idle/loss of Powersteering

The dial is just above the first line, I'll take a picture if the rpm is still like that after I get it back from the shop at 2:30ish.

The mechanic is just some local shop around here they deal with mid range cars frequently. I think that they gave that answer because the person who sold me the car was at the shop aswell.

Should I try an ecu reset after they replace knock and cam sensors?
How about the throttle idle reset?

I tried the throttle reset this weekend but my car wouldn't start up afterwards until about 6 hours later after i let her cool off.

Got it back from the shop. She seems to be in good working order. took her for a nice long ride and haven't had any problems. I beleive they only replaced one of the cam sensors (Bank 1?) and they replaced the knock sensor.

thanks for the help guys, but she seems to be all good.
