Aero Kit... worth the extra?

Picking up a 6MT from Grubbs in the next week or so...decided on going with the Premium, Navigation, and Aero packages, but haven't decided if the Aero Kit is that necessary. Seems to me that it is strictly for performance, not so much aesthetics, is that about right?

Any opinions on whether or not its worth the extra $$$.

Thanks in advance

aero kit means the front lip spoiler will be included. i regret not getting it, b/c it gives the front end a more aggressive look. i'll be ordering it and getting it installed sometime soon. the aero package comes with rear deck spoiler, side skirts, and rear underbody diffusers.

Aerodynamic Body Kit (with Spoiler) $1200 Invoice is $949.00
-Accessory Rear Spoiler
-2 Under Body Diffusers
-2 Under Covers
-Front Bumper Chin Spoiler
-Aero body splash guards

Worth it to me.

I, personally, don't like the rear spoiler, but I agree that the chin spoiler (and even the splash guards) look good. I say go for it! I don't think it helps your cd or anything, but the chin spoiler looks good, and the splash guards are functional - they seem to reduce the amount of splatter and chipping on my family's 350Z (which have pretty much identical guards).

supposedly it reduces the drag from .29 to .28, but I like the way it looks. Some people could do w/ or without the spoiler. If you get the spoiler from the factory, the high-mount brake light is integrated and is deleted from the inside rear parcel shelf.

I wouldn't get it. I do regret not getting navi though. You can buy the front lip from Everything G35.com and get your splash guards off of ebay or something. It's hella cheaper. Plus, I don't really like the stock spoiler so thats why I didn't get it.

Worth it to me.

If you get the aero kit (without spoiler) and the aero package, you get a factory installed rear spoiler, instead of a port (or even dealer) installed one.

Both aero kits are port installed (or you can have the dealer install it too). If you get the aero kit (with spoiler) there will be a redundant third brake light in the back window.

I would say so. They charged me almost 1000$ just to add the OEM Spoiler alone!!
