Window is stuck! AGAIN!!1

My driver's side window is stuck again. This has happened several times before and every time it was covered under warranty and extended warranty. But now I'm out of the extended warranty! :-(
I talked to the dealership's service advisor and I was told despite the fact that it has happened before it is not covered anymore and it costs $550!! I argued since it has happened multiple times while under the warranty it should be covered. The SA just gave me the Infiniti Customer Service phone number and said I can discuss it with them if I want.
What do you guys think? Should I ask to talk to the manager? Or just drop it and suck it up?
If I have to do it on my own I will definitely not give it to the dealership, as it costs too much and I ma not going to let them have my money on an issue that is clearly a deficiency on their end.

It's a very common issue that repeats. Either bite the bullet or fix it yourself.

get a motor from AZ and fix yourself. There's a how to on the forum.

To be honest, this is a super common G issue. Dealerships are mostly ****. I avoid them even if I have a warranty when possible. They wind up making more problems than before I brought the car in.

I had this issue about a month after i bought my 04, I ended up just replacing both of them as well as the power locks actuator's as they all seamed to have issues.

It was an all day job but got it done...dealership wanted $1200...i laughed

Did everything in 1 day, a 12 pack and like $400ish in parts if memory serves

Replace the window motor yourself. I'm 17 (not that it matters) and did it in under 2 hours I don't see why anyone else cant do it, there are multiple guides on how to do so around the forums.

I bought a new window motor from advanced auto parts for about $175 and it comes with a life time warranty so if it ever breaks again I can just get a new one for free. If you bring in your old window motor too they will give you $25 back.

Ever wonder what kind of scam Nissan got going on. They made several parts on the G that breaks, leaks, stop working, etc etc. So that Nissan can rank in the $$$ on parts and service.

Did a printer company buy out Nissan? Going for the sell the printer for cheap, but make it up with the inks tactic.

lol. The windows were an issue the entire life if the g35 coupe and even 06/07 have window problems. Unless there is an updated motor now or maybe the design is just faulty.
