I am trying to actually physically remove the fog light bulb itself. I have already pulled down the wheel whell and unscrewed the plastic cap on the fog beams (lower circle) however, unlike the low beams, the light bulb seems to have a screw on the bottom center. Where the metal push in clips are blocking me from pushing in the metal side. How do i actually remove the bulb itself

 

the clip is screwed in on one side and the opposite side of the clip can be slightly pushed around the plastic constraining it and out the clip comes from its original place (the screw will hold it from completely falling off)
slide out the black tab from the back of the bulbs prongs (h4 bulb) and the bulb is out. the light bulb is not screwed in.
