Is there such product? What do you guys think of the look? Crystal icon H4 blub on the flog light/high beam. The color always remember of JGTC car and the LeMan racing.

BTW, is the PIAA EXtreme white brighter or the super plasma GT-X? Any comment?

First off you should probably post a question like this in the "Lighting" forum. Second if you take the time to search the forums you will probably find what you are looking for.

That said...

PIAA makes an H4 bulb called Ion Crystal but it is a yellow tinted bulb. I also found a brand of H4 bulb called Ion Crystal here:

I've never heard of them and they look pretty cheap.

The PIAA Super Plasma GTX has a purple hue. As far as brighter then the Xtreme Whites, don't mistake color temp (k) with brightness. Just because a bulb has a higher color temp doesn't mean it is brighter, just a different color.

Someone's done it already. Do a search and find the them, they posted pics.

 

The Extreme White is going to give you a cleaner whiter light...will give you a close approximation to the stock HID's on the G. The Super Plasma actually burns at a higher Kelvin temp. so the color is more of a pinkish color (like some of the benz and bimmers around). I've personally was using the Plasma GT-X because I liked the nice color difference between the stock HID's and the fogs and got a lot of compliments plus the light output at night is pretty good.
