I know this is unfortunate, but I got in a little incident with a bicyclist. I have a few minor scratches (no dents) on my front bumper and I wanted to hear your advice or input to what should be done to fix this problem (e.g. bumper replacement, take it to a body shop, or etc)

Damage doesn't look bad at all. I'm sure you could take it to a body shop and get them buffed out.

 

how much is the bicyclist suing you for???

As a bike commuter, I have been hit twice <5mph. If you have illegal tint on your windows let me tell you right now that you need it off ASAP or your *** is done. You won't even get a chance to appeal.

What level of impact was it? <5 <10 10+?
