As this is my first Japanese car I don't know what to expect so dont bash on me haha. I bought this car used of course but im a little confused. Are there lights underneath the dash by your feet? I don't see them lit if there are which would be burnt ofcourse.

Correct me if I'm wrong guys but I don't believe there are any lights underneath the dash. There is a single light under each door that illuminates the floor and area around the driver and passenger floor mats. They should light up with the rest of the in-cabin lights when you open a door/unlock the car with the fob.

 

Nope they are no lights under the dash.

 

Only lights in the interior are the map lights and the door puddle lights, and I believe there's a light in the coin tray and glove box as well.

 

Thanks guys, it's a bummer there aren't none makes a car look nice when you take a step in. Anyway I can go on about doing it though? Just curios

I've installed the Diode Dynamics multicolor RGB footwell kit in the front and rear of my coupe. It COMPLETELY changes the atmosphere in the car at night. I have them wired to turn on with the auto headlights and set to a dim cool blue color. The kit is great quality, and includes a remote to change color on the fly.
