what's this weird sound?

The sound usually happens when my car is cold and goes away after a few minutes

If you have 60-80K on it, you might as well do the entire clutch pack while you have the tranny out.

DO NOT GO TO THE DEALER, they will charge you $2200+

So what exactly do I need? A throw out bearing and a clutch package?
