^No. IP is one of the harder colors to match. Take it back to the shop and see if they will fix it.

Not really the best pic to compare with man since there's hardly any fender to see to compare to the front

Well in the first pic it's really obvious
Second not so much
And if it's not as bad as it looks in person as you say it is then don't bother..
But then again if he's willing to re do it to make it closer to OEM then go that route
Second not so much

The thing about going back and asking for that is im really cool with the guy.. i hate to annoy him for the things he does for my car, he genuinely treats me as a good customer lol, he rolled my fenders for free, buffed my whole car for free, etc and always teaches me new things and suggests me what to do with my car, so i kinda dont wanna just say hey your mechanic did a bad job, can you re-do it?Originally Posted by jerseytaylor

Anyways.. im gonna clean my car tomorrow(havent cleaned it in a month) hopefully that will make a bigger impact and then ill wax it as well.. any idea if the sun fading the ivory pearl is true? my g35 is a 03 btw.. so maybe my oem paint has been faded?

Should be a better match than that. Take it back. Bumpers and other plastics will always look a little different in color compared to metal even when sprayed at the same time.

Do you got a example of what it should atleast look like if done "properly"?Originally Posted by djw88

I'd give it a week before I washed it and at least a month before I'd wax. Just to be safeOriginally Posted by krilla95

I've heard people wait even longer than that to wax.
