Help Help... Need info...
Last nite went out got drunk...... the valet returns car and we drive home..... This morning notice a big azz dent on the rear passenger side bumper. What are my options at this point? Should I even bother contacting the Valet company? Or they just gonna deny it and I'm basically screwed? I have a feeling thats gonna be the case.
1) call valet company and let them deny it and say sorry, but your screwed.
2) call my insurance company and file
3) fix it myself
I'm estimating about 1 K to fix it. Luckily its just the bumper, no quarter panels. Any lawyers on this forum? Thanks in advance.

dammit..not another Valet horror story!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i would say to try it first with the Valet company..... then somehow get an estimate and see if its worth claiming on the insurance (may raise your insurance rates)
