Which rotors?

The car I am buying comes with brembos, but does not come with drilled and slotted rotors. Even if they are not better than what's on there now, I really like the look of the drilled rotors. Which rotors work best with the 2003 with brembos? Which ones wont rust fast? Please provide a link to where you bought them and any pics if you have, thanks.

This is the car I'll be getting next week.

Check our vendor section under the marketplace to get a direct price pmed to you.

Best idea is get the best value branded rotors and the spray the hat (center) area with a high temperature paint. The brake pad will scrape off the high temp paint immediately leaving the untouched area covered it paint... And not rusting.

Zinc plated rotors are much less likely to rust.

Adams Rotors have the option for coated hubs so they wont rust and you dont have to paint them yourself. There is color options too...

as for rotor design, unless you get the holes casted and not drilled into the rotors they should hold up fine, but drilled are mainly for looks imo, less surface area to grab, and warps or cracks easier

I think I'm gonna go with the Adams rotors with the black hubs. The car is black and the brembos are gold. HypedAndy, they are just for looks, I'm sure the car does not need help in stopping.

Sto p tech or centric are very good rotors! They come painted too. Cost is alot cheaper than adams rotors.centric rotors are directional. The vans on the rotors face forward so you have to buy left and right rotors. They ate in the cooling off the rotors very well. And they do make for brembo

our rotors are fully made to order allowing for ANY of our 13 patterns, 3 zinc finishes, and 5 hub coatings...we are truly customizable.
on top of that, we're a small business working with you one on one directly and cut each, per corner.
lastly, our pricing is all-inclusive, including silver zinc corrosion protection, pattern of your choice, and even FREE shipping within the US.

please don't compare us to a blank rotor or any other aftermarket company out there for that matter, we offer what none else does.

thanks!

I take it your recommendation comes with some experience with their product? Or are you just copy pasting one of their spam messages found in almost every thread?

^ well for one we aren't spamming anything as we're real people working these board at all hours of the day, paid vendors here trying to sell our made to order parts to your board's users.
we also had no part in having our name brought up more than once once in this user started thread...we simply chimed in thereafter.
on top of that, we're no rookies to the industry or making rotors...we've been doing this for years & are thriving.

lastly, it's not even accurate...
our zinc finish is what helps protects from rust, as the entire rotor is dipped after the machining process.
our hub coating is purely an aesthetic and done after that in a ceramic-silica paint.

check your unneeded negativity & click away if you're not into us/our company.
why you have it for a small company trying to sell it's unique quality product to your fellow enthusiasts, the ones who ultimately keep the lights on here, is beyond me.

...oh and thanks to all the others for the words & recommendations.
