License plate relocator?

Where can I get a license plate relocator for my kuruma z bumper? i think its ugly in the centered middle, i saw some relocated plates on the kuruma z before and was wondering where i could buy the bracket?

Will that work on the kuruma z? cause i want it to be on the side of my bumper and itll be at a angle so idk if that one will work... i was looking at this one
