Door sensors not working

I have a 2004 g35 coupe and today I noticed today that my dome lights (set to come on when doors are open) were on while I was driving. Also the indicator on the dash was showing a door was open. Next stop I check the doors and the were both closed. Also, when I apply the break, the dash light and dome lights go off, and the passenger window moves up slightly (as if you were shutting the door).
Any ideas?
I do have a double din radio set up with subs and we had a pretty bad rain storm today.

Try unscrewing the door trigger switch and unplug it. Your car should think the door is closed with the switch unplugged. If you unplug it and the lights go off then that means the connection isnt disengaging when the door is shut so get a new switch. However if the lights dont go off when the switch is unplugged you have a wire somewhere touching metal as the door trigger is activated by the negative current (ground). If the passengers side window is rolling up when braking or whatever start with that door first.
