My dad works for a infiniti dealership and they got two M45s in and he brought one home to tryout. I drove this bad boy and this car kicks the crapp out of my 05 coupe 6MT. the technology is so sweet in the car, navi bluetooth dvd player, and this system beats the crapp out of any JL audio system. this car is so fast i went 100 down one of these dead end streets thats not even a mile long. I'd trade my coupe in for this bad boy. Mufflers r just as loud as are coupes

I don't know that I would want speakers in the seat right next to my ear like the Miata. Would mess up the sound stage and imaging.

I know the M45 is faster than a G. The interior is definetely nicer. Exterior is pretty nice as well. But you cant compare the look of a G to the look of a M45. G35's are pretty damn common in LA. You're guaranteed to see many if you drive for more than 30 minutes. But I still turn heads when I drive mine. The M45's are dope no doubt. But something about 4doors that I dont like.

Yeah, I saw the stats on that car and read the articles in the latest car magazines and was pretty impressed! I am sure it is really nice, but it is quite a different animal to the G coupe! It's kind of like comparing a 545i to a 330ci ZHP, one a fast family saloon with a much higher price tag and the other a sportier 2 door aimed at a very different segment of the market! I have not driven that car, but will say that I would much rather drive my G coupe 6MT on a daily basis, but that car on the high mileage freeway run would be dope!Originally Posted by quiksilverj810

I just received an invitation card in the mail from Infiniti to preview this car before the general public. I believe they are holding an event next Thursday evening. The card listed 3 dealerships in socal (Tustin, Costa Mesa, and don't remember the third).

It should be almost as fast as the S4. They have the same weight same HP and M45 has more torque, about 5.5 0-60 and 13.8 or 13.9 1/4 mile.

If you think the system in that car is better than a "JL" system, then you probably haven't heard a good system before...
That car is very nice though. If i was looking for a family sedan, then i would definitely consider it.
Be careful going 100mph in any car. After getting a ticket for 100+, i can tell you my insurance rates have been ridiculously high for the past 3 years. I was 18 when i got the ticket..
