**Need help with my exhaust**

I recently installed a Greddy Sp Elite exhaust. Its just the axle back. My issue is that the sound of the exhaust has reduced compared to the stock exhaust. The price for this axle back exhaust cost me around $650, and i am not impressed one bit. I was expecting a nice sound from this greddy exhaust but really disappointed me.

Should i straight pipe the mid pipe or what? Thanks for your help!

Did you buy this axle back from my350z site? The picture looks like the one fs there for 300...

The cheapest bet is to remove the resonator. That should add some volume without costing you too much.

If you wanted sound volume though, their SP Elite line was the wrong system to go with. That is intended to be one of their quieter systems.

There's one sure fix for your issue, had you done a search you would have found this easily...replace your OE cats with HFCs! 90% of the restriction in your exhaust is the OE cats, Fast Intention HFCs will give you a better sound and no less than 6 WHP which you can feel and enjoy!

No one can realistically feel 6whp... Haha.

Resonator delete is the best way to increase volume of noise!

A resonator delete = rasp city. been there done that with the stock exhaust. An aftermarket would be no better. Go with HFC like gary c has suggested, or an ART pipe
