I don't think there is a clutch, these are electric fans. They are either on or off, I could be wrong on this, I would have to research this further. In any case, RockAuto.com has a fan assembly for $100+shipping. Hope this helps.
He said he couldn't find a clutch but I could have read a couple different times on here that the 2004 has a fan clutch

Austin,

Section pg.pdf of the manual kindly provided by coffeysm, page 25 is what your mechanic will need.

Keep in mind that each fan motor receives 12V from a different source. One from fusible link H and the other from I, and there are three relays in the system. Good troubleshooting could save you unnecessary purchases.

How many miles are on your G? This may be covered under WARRANTY!!! Why waste money?

Seriously, your mechanic confirmed one fan doesn't work.

Edit, I'll even paste the letter here if you're too lazy to click a link:

It only has 68,000 miles but hasn't it passed the time period?

The math says 2012, 96/12=8, 2004+8=2012, but I would not hesitate to take it an and at least try and work something out. Maybe get them to troubleshoot it for free.

The car starts and runs fine I just can't run the AC.

I am going to replace the relays first then try a dealership if that doesn't work. The closest one is about 2 hours away.

Also which replay controls the backup lights? I need that replaced also.

Why are you going to replace the relays? Are they bad or are you guessing?

The backup lamp relay is E19, found on service manual section PG electrical units location.

Austin,

Several questions:

1. Have you checked for proper anti-freeze level?
2. Have you checked for fluid circulation with the radiator cap off?
3. Have you checked for collapsed hoses which would restrict flow?
