I went with solid SPL bushings. It did increase road noise when cruising the highway but otherwise I notice the response of the car more than the noise. Benefit outweighs NVH by far for sure. No complaints about solid bushings here whatsoever.

No matter which way you go with replacing the rear diff/sub frame bushing it's a win-win, just make sure you have a buddy to help you and study these forums.
