Metal on metal sound

I've been having a problem on my 2003 g35 coupe, I'm hearing a weird metal sound/ rattle when I accelerate hard between 2k-4k rpms. This sound doesn't happen when idle or parked. I've looked through at least twenty pages of me searching. My parts follows:
Hks true dual
Art pipes
Plenum spacer

I've tried diagnosing this problem but its hard to pinpoint it since it only happens under hard acceleration. Does anyone else have this problem? I've checked all of the heat shields, and bolts. Everything feels firm and secure

My g only has about 46k on it and the sound isn't coming from the engine

Update: my mid pipe driver side is rubbing against what looks to be a metal pan, I'm trying to use a crowbar and bend it the other way but its not willing to cooperate

Uhhh, why's it rubbing in the first place? Did it get bent, put in wrong or what? I would answer all of that before just bending it or something else up.
