So a GSX with an aftermarket turbo, exhaust, and intake and barely even resembles the original's body is not heavily modded?
The reason I made the second comment about was not because I think I am awesome (though I'm sure you would love to think that) - it was because it is f*cking nice for a change to have a car that with NO mods could take a car that clearly had tons of work put into it. Not because I'm some kind of badass racer...[censored], the last two cars I have owned have been a '92 Dodge Caravan 4-cylinder and a used '94 Q45 that was in such bad shape it was probably running on 2 cylinders. It's nice for a change to have a car that can compete. Maybe you have a serious inferiority complex or something because you really read waaay too much arrogance into my post.

Coupedit, I have to admit, you make me laugh a lot. Not with you but at you. It's killing me that the same idiot that tried to tell us that no break-in is best, and then backpedalled 3 times thinks he is the guy to be administering lessons in cars.
Hey, with enough lessons from you maybe my G will be a steaming pile of **** like yours will be after 20k miles!
By the way, since you are the expert - please explain to me, if it really is impossible to get headers on GSXs, why are they being sold?

I drive an Auto:
Tied a rolling start with a 6 speed 350Z (I used the manumatic) upwards of 100 MPH
Pulled away from a manual IS300 on the highway upto 80-90 MPH
Pulled away from another Manual IS300 on street - upto 110 MPH. This IS sounded much more deeper than the first IS300.
I do not know if IS300's can have autos. I was really suprised that I was even with the Z being that it was a manual. I normally ignore people reeling me into a race. But...
I enjoy my G quite a bit. I realize that a Turbo Neon can beat me. I know the new AWD rally cars will beat me from a stop. I know other cars with simple mods can beat me. I also know that in years to come, my G will be still be great and all of the other cars will have replaced nearly everything on them to keep them running.
G35 Coupe 5AT, Brilliant Silver, Tire and Wheel Pkg.

OMG, Mani, sorry bro, your just an all out idiot. Take your generic website links and get on with yourself man...If you actually click on that link, goto where it says 95-98 Eclipse Gsx headers, then look at the part number, then look up..compare that to the part number of the Eclipse RS (non turbo) Headers and you will notice that they are the same. Click on either one of those part numbers, and it reads plainy and generic ceramic header for 95-98 Eclipse. N o mention of turbo. The website is as generic and dumbfound as you are right now.
Simply Put, If you put headers on a turbo car, you would have to remove the turbo. Because they basically go in the same place..Then and only then will you have headers on your once turboed car.

-Track Model RedLine 350z with AEM cold-air intake
-Audi A6 2.8t (walked him so badly from 80-95 that i played around with him for the rest of our 45 mile trip)
-WRX with exhaust and intake (actually beat him off of the line and he never stood a chance after that)
-Mazda MX-6 with KLZE (J-spec motor), flywheel, CAI, Borla Exhaust, no cats, J-spec ECU (I know so much about this car because it is my friends and I installed all of his stuff) I put 1.5 cars on him from 20-60
-newer model Corvette convertible on 2 runs from 80-140 (barely put a quarter of a car on him)

Whatever, I'm tired of arguing this...it's like the old saying, never argue with idiots - they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. If you want to keep splitting hairs over whether this guy had headers...I dunno maybe it makes you feel like you have more than a 2-inch *****...be my guest.
