Did you clear the codes after you replaced the sensors?

Codes P1168, P1148 are for CLOSED LOOP CONTROL. Codes P0031, P0051 are for Sensor 1 Heater circuit. All codes you have listed are pointing to a problem with Sensor 1 (primary) on both sides.

If you've replaced them, then there may be a wiring issue that you'll need to chase down.

Here's some verbiage from the FSM to help you troubleshoot:

DTC P0031, P0032, P0051, P0052 A/F SENSOR 1 HEATER

P0031 - (Bank 1)
P0051 - (Bank 2)

Problem:
Air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 heater control circuit low input

Condition:
The current amperage in the air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 heater circuit is out of the normal range. (An excessively low voltage signal is sent to ECM through the air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 heater.)

Possible Cause:
 * Harness or connectors (The A/F sensor 1 heater circuit is open or shorted.)
* Air Fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 heater

DTC P1148, P1168 CLOSED LOOP CONTROL

P1148 - (Bank 1)
P1168 - (Bank 2)

Problem:
Closed loop control function

Condition:
The closed loop control function does not operate even when vehicle is driving in the specified condition.

Possible Cause:
* Harness or connectors [The air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 circuit is open or shorted.]
* Air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1
* Air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 heater

NOTE: If DTC P1148 or P1168 is displayed with another DTC for air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1. Perform the trouble diagnosis for the corresponding DTC.

If you have a smartphone, I would HIGHLY advise you pick up a cheap bluetooth/wifi OBD2 dongle so that you can check and clear codes yourself without having to run to a mechanic all the time.
