Solarguard vs Formula One Tint
Solarguard vs Formula One Tint
orry to be so typical. What I am trying to do, of course, is get my windows tinted once the car arrives in a few weeks. I doubt that there is a drastic difference, but wanted to know what you guys think.
Secondly, what do you guys know about the pentacle film offered by formula one which is a ceramic based film for cars using electronics that may have interference with outside comunication (navi, satellite radio, etc..)
thanks

Formula One tint is high-end Llumar tint by CP films. The technology that goes into this film is not the true IR (infrared film) tech that is in Huper, V-Kool, and Madico. However, this doesn't mean it is a bad film. As a matter of fact, it is one of the higher-end films on the market.
Hey John, I believe Formula One tint is used at LA Tint in NoVa.
The friend I had mentioned that did mine I believe uses Madico and so far haven't had any problems along with a few friends with the same tint.
