You want more TQ? Just put on all the bolt ons and get a tune. Free up HP while your at it. Boost is the only way to go after you get all your bolt ons

They should be very close unless they were AWD. The 04 sedans had the same engine compared to the coupes, same drivetrain w/appropriate tranny, and almost the same curb weight.

The sedan is 0-60 in 6.0
Coupe (6spd) 0-60 in 5.5
-car and driver

(Yes, I know these are magazine numbers, I'm just posting their known potential)

Yep... stock G Coupe 6MT is 82 MPH in 6th gear @3K RPM.

since the v35 vq is really closer to 260/260 because if lacking variable exhaust I find the 5.5 very suspect.

Torque Monster...not exactly!

Start with gears, 3.9 is low enough so you won't destroy your engine. Breather mods are then needed to free up that VQ motor, dual cat back exhaust, HFCs then Motordynes 1/2" spacer and cold air intake/z-tube. You've completed all you need to get an Orisis tune! There are other mods like aluminum driveshaft and headers but the gains are minimal...Gary

Hey Gary, don't know if you saw me post back in the other thread, your setup (that sounds like your quoting here) what HFC's are you using ? And do they have the fun cancer at a stop light smell ?

Fast Intentions and no the exhaust doesn't smell like your tester pipe stink! HFCs are legal in 48 states just not in tight azz CA.
