Are the 19" wheels OEM Rays? If yes, and if they have the sensors still attached, you should follow the "Reset" instructions other have posted.
If you are buying aftermarket 19" wheels and aren't sure what type of sensors are attached - you should do like Gary suggested and have the sensors from you 17" wheels swapped to the new 19" set.
