Logically, i would say the wire tuck caused this issue. A loose connection, or a short would cause it. SO you'd have to undo the wiretuck and carefully inspect all the wires for nicks and being pulled out of the connectors that join the harnesses. Sometimes the pins can pull out if the wiring is pulled too firmly.

Since the issues and light started after the tuck, it's a pretty good bet the cause was the tuck.

Code P1065 comes up as

ECM back up power supply fault
Probable Causes
1.-Open or short circuit condition
2.-Poor electrical connection
3.-Failed ECM

Every guy should have a decent MM.

Spend a little extra and find one that can measure DC amps up to 10A (a lot only do 1amp) that feature comes in handy when diagnosing a drain on the electrical system

Sounds like the wheel speed sensor wires. With the wire tuck those are the only wires that could set off those 3 lights with out a ses light. Try recheck the connections and the abs fuse by the battery.
