interchangeable parts

Can the front seats of a q50 sedan be a direct fit in a g35 coupe? (2003)... also, can the engine and transmission be swapped without any modification?

the engine and tranny will take some work to get to fit. the seat might but most likely not. get them and let us know if it works or not.

You would be amoung the first to swap a Q50 driveline into a G35. Given the 10 year difference, i'd imagine a lot of the electrical would not interface well.

Basically...you'd be figuring it out on your own and telling us how to do it.

Putting a 3.7L motor in our cars would be completely pointless. You would have to change everything from the motor/tranny to the computer, wiring harness..not to mention the modifications involved. And for what? .2L more motor? Psshhh.

Well.....50 more HP.

Still not worth it to me. An LSx swap would be a more worthwhile swap
